Stride is sold in tiers. Higher tiers scan more AI engines, scan more often, and include larger monthly allowances.
Current plans, prices and what each tier includes are on the pricing page — that page is the single source of truth, so this article deliberately doesn't repeat the numbers.
How allowances work
Each plan includes monthly allowances for the metered parts of the product — scans, tracked prompts, topics, competitors and content generations. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period; unused allowance doesn't roll over.
If you reach an allowance mid-period you can either wait for the reset, add an add-on pack, or move up a tier.
What changes between tiers
Three things scale with your plan:
- Engine coverage — how many AI engines your prompts are run against
- Scan frequency — how often scheduled scans run
- Volume — how many prompts, topics, competitors and content generations you get
See Scheduled scans for how cadence affects the data you get, Topic Authority for topic slots (3 / 10 / 25 / 50 by plan, plus optional +5 Topics), and Competitive intelligence for how competitor slots are used.
Add-ons
Topic packs (+5 topics), content credit packs, and service packs can be added where available. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Recurring add-ons are managed from Account → Add-ons in the dashboard. Before anything is billed you see the exact prorated charge for today, the card that will be charged, and—when Stripe has already set the add-on's billing period—its next renewal date. You can enter a promo code there. One-time packs check out through Stripe's hosted payment page.
Removing a recurring add-on takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for: you keep full access until then, no refund or credit is issued, and you won't be charged again. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can re-add it at no extra charge. Quantity decreases work the same way — the reduced quantity starts on your next renewal.
