Does Stride publish the fix to my site?
No. Stride writes the draft and the steps, and you publish them. You then confirm the page is live, so Stride knows when to start comparing later checks.
Will Stride tell me whether a fix worked?
It tells you what later checks showed: Improved, No clear change, Went down or Can't tell, with the reason. A rise after your change doesn't prove the change caused it, and Stride says so.
