The Agency plan is a $499/mo platform fee plus a Starter, Grow, or Scale plan for each client site, at 25% off retail, on one monthly invoice.

Overview / What it is

Agency is a white-label wrapper around the same product your clients could buy themselves. Each client site you add runs on its own Starter, Grow, or Scale plan and gets exactly that plan's allowances — prompts, topics, competitors, engines, scan cadence, manual scan credits, content drafts, and GEO AI Chat credits — for that site alone. Credits cannot be spent by another client: one client running out of chat credits never affects another. Manage accounts shows each client's plan and what it costs you each month; the billing page shows your monthly total, client by client, with the platform fee.

Client plans and everything you buy for a client site are billed at the agency discount, 25% off retail unless we have agreed a different rate with you. The $499 platform fee is never discounted.

When to use it

Use Agency when you manage AI visibility for several brands and want one invoice, your branding on every report, and a login you can hand to each client that shows only their site.

How to use it

Add a client. Open Agency → Add client, enter the site URL, and choose its plan. The site goes through the same setup as a new account: a quick crawl, suggested prompts, a profile to confirm, and a first scan you start yourself. The client list shows where each site is in that setup. If a step fails, the row shows Setup failed with the reason; choose Retry setup from that row's ⋯ menu to run the failed step again. The new seat is added to your subscription and its prorated charge for the rest of the billing period is taken right away from the card on file; if that charge is declined, the client is not added. The client's monthly allowances are prorated the same way for the rest of this month; the full allowance starts on the 1st.

Change a client's plan. From the ⋯ menu on the client's row choose Change plan. The new plan applies immediately and the difference is prorated. An upgrade adds the bigger plan's extra allowance for the rest of the month; a downgrade does not take away what the client already has this month. An add-on the new plan already includes comes off your invoice, and the client keeps it until the end of the period you paid for.

Buy an add-on or credit pack for one client. From the ⋯ menu on the client's row choose Add-ons. Every add-on is available on every client plan. Prompt packs, +5 topics, an extra competitor, engine and AI Overviews unlocks are billed monthly on your invoice; scan, content, and GEO AI Chat credit packs are one-time and never expire. Comparison page and schema service packs are one-time too, and the Stride team delivers them for that client's site. Add-ons that switch something on are bought once per client. Everything you buy here lands on that client site only.

Give a client a login. Choose Share from the ⋯ menu on the client's row, or open Team, choose Client, and tick the sites they may open. Choose View only or Can edit for each site. They get their own login, see only those sites, and never see billing, upgrades, other clients or your team.

Apply your agency branding. In Agency → Agency branding, save your agency name, logo, and accent color. They apply to the agency app (desktop navigation, mobile header, and signed-in site setup) and to shared client reports. Use Replace logo for a PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB; uploading saves the logo immediately and refreshes the agency shell. Use Save branding for the other fields or to apply Remove. If you save a logo or color without a Brand name, your agency account name is used in the app and on reports. Set Brand name to override it. Primary color is reports-only: PDF brand-name text and chart lines/bars. Accent color replaces the default yellow in the agency app, including setup headers and selected options, and on shared client reports (header strip, PDF dividers, chart fills). Text & icon color defaults to Automatic contrast, which chooses white or dark text for readability, with black used when needed. Choose Custom color to set your own color for text and icons on accent backgrounds. Accent preview shows the pairing and its contrast ratio before you save. A warning appears below 4.5

(WCAG AA for small text), but your chosen color is saved unchanged. Choose Automatic contrast and save to remove the override. Uploaded logos keep their original colors. Saving a custom report domain does not configure a custom login or app domain.

Remove a client. From the ⋯ menu on the client's row choose Delete. The site and its data are deleted right away. The seat comes off your subscription; if that update cannot be completed immediately, the client list says so and Stride keeps retrying until it is. If you add the same site again in the same month, it starts without a monthly allowance until the 1st. Credit packs bought for that client are deleted with it and are not refunded; the confirmation tells you how many unused credits it still holds.

Transfer a client's account. To let a client keep their site and its history on their own account instead, choose Transfer account. See Transfer a client's account.

Definitions

  • Platform fee — the $499/mo Agency charge. Includes white-label reports, the client roster, and Manage accounts.
  • Client site — one site on its own Starter, Grow, or Scale plan.
  • Agency discount — the percentage off retail applied to client plans and per-site add-ons. Default 25%.
  • Owner and employees with billing — the people at your agency who can add, re-plan, and remove client sites and see invoices.
  • Client login — a Team invite for a client, limited to chosen sites, each View only or Can edit.

Best practices

  • Match each client's plan to the work: Starter for one engine and a few drafts a week (3, resetting Monday), Grow for guided action items and more content, Scale for daily scans (and, when it ships, Optimizer autopilot).
  • Buy credit packs for the one client that needs them rather than moving the whole roster up a tier.
  • Invite clients as clients, not employees. Employees on All sites see every client.

Plan & limits

  • Agency is monthly only.
  • Every allowance is per client site and follows that site's plan. Features included only from Grow or Scale (guided action items, schema, citation lift, Shopify; Optimizer autopilot on Scale once it ships) follow the client site's plan too — a Starter client site does not get them. Content gap analysis and content actions are on every client plan; a Starter client site gets 3 content drafts a week, then uses that site's credit packs. GA4 and Google Search Console connect on every client plan.
  • Seats: unlimited employees and clients. See Shared account access.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

Can one client use another client's credits?
No. Every credit, allowance, and add-on belongs to one site.

Does the discount apply to the $499 platform fee?
No. It applies to client plans and to the add-ons and credit packs bought for a client site.

A client wants a feature their plan doesn't include.
Change that client's plan. The upgrade applies immediately, and the prorated difference is charged right away.

I removed a client but the invoice still shows the seat.
The removal is recorded first and the billing update follows. If the client list shows a billing notice, Stride is retrying; the seat comes off within the hour in the normal case. Contact us if it is still there the next day.
