Summary
Trakkr is the better buy for most teams that want broad, daily AI visibility tracking: $100 a month covers eight AI models, 50 prompts a day, 25 articles a month and GA4 revenue from AI traffic. Stride fits teams that want each finding turned into a prioritized fix, AI's false claims about them flagged, and their store checked against the protocols AI shopping agents use. On revenue reporting the two are close, so decide on the other rows.
Stride publishes this comparison and is one of the tools in it. Facts about Trakkr come from its own public pricing and product pages, checked on October 13, 2026, and are linked where they appear. Where another tool is the better choice, we say so.

Which tracks more AI engines?
Trakkr. Every plan includes all eight models it supports, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, refreshed daily, with no per-model fees. That's more coverage at $100 than Stride offers on any plan.
Stride's Starter tracks ChatGPT only. Grow adds Gemini and Claude (beta), plus Google AI Overviews on the first 15 prompts you add. Scale, at $1,297 a month, adds Perplexity and full AI Overviews.
Stride doesn't track Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI, Copilot or Google AI Mode. Trakkr doesn't list Copilot or AI Mode either.
Which one shows what AI traffic is worth?
Both do, and it's worth being precise. Trakkr's Visitors documentation says it reads your connected GA4 property and joins AI sessions to landing pages, key events and revenue. It builds funnels from your own events and labels assigned values as estimated rather than tracked.
It needs a paid plan and GA4, and never adds a script to your site. Its GA4 attribution guide warns that GA4 only recognizes some AI referrers, which applies to both tools.
Stride's AI traffic view does the same core job. It reads GA4 on every plan and reports sessions, conversions and revenue for each AI source. If revenue reporting is the deciding row, neither tool wins on it. Compare the rest.
What does each tool do after it measures?
Trakkr gives you a lot to act with. Growth includes 25 articles a month, content suggestions, technical recommendations, AI crawler optimization and three automations. Trakkr also offers an agent it describes as your AI strategy assistant, and an MCP server that lets you query your data from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
Stride puts its effort into ranking the work and grounding it. Every scan, readiness and Brand Integrity finding becomes an action item in one queue, and where the fix is content, Stride drafts it from the answers and sources in your own scans. Later scans show whether the prompt moved.
Trakkr gives more articles per dollar; Stride ties each draft to a specific finding. Pick the one that matches how your team works.
Which is better for an online store?
They answer different questions. Trakkr's Shopping add-on, $49 per brand per month with the first month free, asks ChatGPT your buying questions daily and shows whether your products appear in its product cards, which competitors appear instead, and which shops get the buy links. Stride doesn't track ChatGPT Shopping.
Stride asks whether an AI shopping agent can read and buy from your store at all. AI Readiness crawls any site and checks it against agent-commerce protocols such as ACP, UCP and x402, and each gap becomes an action item. Trakkr's pricing page doesn't list these protocol checks. Stride's Shopify catalog sync launches with its Shopify App Store listing.
Does either tool catch AI getting facts wrong?
Trakkr's perception analysis shows how AI understands your brand. Stride's Brand Integrity, on Grow and up, goes claim by claim: it flags statements AI makes about you that are false or unsupported, explains what source evidence is missing, and routes the fix into action items.

Which is better for agencies?
For most agencies, Trakkr's price is hard to beat. Scale at $500 a month covers ten brands with 50 prompts each, unlimited seats, client access, a REST API and white-label client portals on your own domain, with no separate white-label fee.
Stride Agency is a $499 monthly platform fee plus a discounted Starter, Grow or Scale plan per client, on one invoice. Seats are unlimited, clients get their own logins, and a client's site and history can move into their own account if they take the work in-house. It costs more per client, and each client gets action items with drafts. The agency page covers the model.

Two quick scenarios
A marketing lead at a multi-brand consumer company. They report visibility on eight engines to leadership and want ChatGPT Shopping placement for their hero products. Trakkr fits: daily data on every model, the Shopping add-on, and Scale for the other brands.
An operator at a supplement brand. AI keeps quoting an old ingredient claim, and they want to know whether shopping agents can buy from the store. Stride Grow fits: Brand Integrity flags the claim and the missing source, AI Readiness checks the protocols, and GA4 shows whether AI visitors bought.
